Abundance Fitness is more than just a workout, it’s a whole-body worship experience. Each 60 minute class is intentionally designed to nourish both body and spirit. We start with 30 minutes of high energy dance-fitness to get your heart pumping and your body moving, followed by 30 minutes of choreography that invites creativity, expression, and joy.

Every class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness and experience levels. You don’t need to be a dancer, just come ready to move, have fun, and be encouraged in a positive, faith-filled space. Whether you're looking to build confidence, grow in wellness, or connect with community, Abundance Fitness is a place for you to thrive.

About the Instructor
Hello! I’m Adriana Coronado, a Texas native, dance teacher, and founder of Abundance Fitness. I was born and raised in Southwest Fort Worth and first discovered my love for dance at 17, taking Zumba classes at my local YMCA. That spark quickly grew into a passion, and at 18, I began formal training at TCC South Campus, where I immersed myself in the world of dance.

Over the years, I’ve trained in a variety of styles across the DFW area, including power pom, jazz funk, Latin, and hip hop. My journey led me to dance professionally for both the NFL and NBA, with performance credits that include the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue, the Dallas Mavericks D-Town Crew, the Dallas Mavericks Breakers, and Dance Revolution’s Rev Crew. I’ve also had the incredible opportunity to perform with notable artists, bringing my love for movement to some amazing stages.
While I’ve enjoyed a fulfilling career in professional dance, my heart has always been drawn to creating meaningful spaces that combine movement and ministry. That’s why I started Abundance Fitness — a class designed to bring joy, community, and faith together through dance. My goal is to make dance accessible, uplifting, and spirit-filled, a place where everyone, no matter their experience level, feels welcomed, seen, and empowered.
